A major milestone has been reached thanks to the collaboration between IPVF and TU Delft in the development of scalable 2T perovskite/silicon tandem solar cells, with a conversion efficiency of 31% on 4 cm² 2T devices. The device combines lower nanotextured silicon heterojunction cells developed at TU Delft with upper perovskite cells fabricated at IPVF using an ambient air slot chip coating.
