IPVF at 4th Halide Perovskites Days

The 4th edition of the workshop titled “Halogenated/Halide Perovskites Days” was held from 14th to 16th May near Grenoble in France. It was organized by the French network GDR HPERO (http://gdr-hpero.cnrs.fr), a national network established in early 2017 by the CNRS which brings together more than 30 laboratories. This year, a total of 60 participants including 3 plenary speakers (Sam Stranks from Cavendish Lab, Maksym Kovalenko of ETH Zürich and Philip Schulz from IPVF), along with 20 oral contributions and a poster session, covered all aspects of halogenated/halide perovskites. The topics included their synthesis under thin film or nanocrystal form, their opto-electronic and structural properties as well as their applications.

Chloé Dindault (IPVF/LPICM PhD student) received one of the 2 best oral presentations award for her comparative study of dry and wet perovskite thin film synthesis using the STXM (Scanning Transmission X-ray Microscopy) at the particle accelerator, SOLEIL Synchrotron, in Saclay.
