The construction of the IPVF building started January 11, 2016 on the Paris-Saclay Campus. Designed by the architect Jean-Philippe Pargade and build by Demathieu Bard, this building of 7800 m2 will host nearly 200 scientists and their laboratories. The IPVF filed a “30/30/30 Goal for PV Modules” initiative with the COP 21 conference with support from personalities from thirteen institutes in the PV world (INES, IMEC, ISE Fraunhofer, ECN, EMPA, EPFL, UNSW, NextPV, ASC, Houston, ZSW, PVcomB and CSEM).
