Après 18 mois de travail, les équipes IPVF ont réussi à fabriquer des cellules solaires en pérovskite avec une efficacité de 20,2% sans revêtement antireflet. Ce résultat a été obtenu en utilisant un mélange de 3 cations organiques et inorganiques.
After 18 months of work, IPVF team succeed to manufacture a perovskite solar cell with an efficiency of 20,2% without antireflective coating. This result was obtain using a mix of 3 organic and inorganic cations.
Thanks to a strong work on process robustness and the optimization of the process parameters, IPVF team achieved a CIGS solar cells on polyimide substrates with an efficiency of 18.8%. Moreover, first cells using Cd-free buffer layers reached an efficiency of 16.1 %.
