April, 12, 2016, in the new EDF’s R&D center of Paris-Saclay, the fifth IPVF’s scientific day gathered the IPVF’s community. The new results obtained in the joint projects have been widely exchanged and discussed. A focus was made on the implementation of the experimental platform of IPVF with a presentation of the new building under construction as well as the facilities already invested.
February 24 was held for the first time the International Scientific Advisory Committee of IPVF. Its mission is to give an external advise on the scientific activities of the Institute. The members of this Committee are leading experts from major academic and industrial players in the field: Prof. H. W. Schock, Prof. J. Nelson, Prof. S. Christiansen, Prof. J. Poortmans, Dr. R. Swanson and Dr. P. G. Therond.
Le 24 février dernier s’est réuni pour la première fois le Conseil Scientifique International de L’IPVF. Il a pour mission de porter un avis extérieur sur les activités scientifiques de l’Institut. Les membres de ce conseil sont des experts de premier plan issus des principaux acteurs mondiaux académiques et industriels du domaine : Prof. H.W. Schock, Prof. J. Nelson, Prof. S. Christiansen, Prof. J. Poortmans, Dr. R. Swanson et Dr. P.G. Therond.
