La construction, sur le plateau de Saclay, du bâtiment de l’IPVF conçu par l’architecte Jean-PHilippe Pargade a débuté le 11 janvier 2016 sur le plateau de Saclay. Ce bâtiment de 7800 m2, réalisé par l’entreprise Demathieu et Bard, pourra accueillir près de 200 chercheurs et leurs laboratoires. La date de mise en service est prévue au second semestre 2017.
The construction of the IPVF building started January 11, 2016 on the Paris-Saclay Campus. Designed by the architect Jean-Philippe Pargade and build by Demathieu Bard, this building of 7800 m2 will host nearly 200 scientists and their laboratories. The IPVF filed a “30/30/30 Goal for PV Modules” initiative with the COP 21 conference with support from personalities from thirteen institutes in the PV world (INES, IMEC, ISE Fraunhofer, ECN, EMPA, EPFL, UNSW, NextPV, ASC, Houston, ZSW, PVcomB and CSEM).
